Simon has been a property professional for almost 15 years, joining Statons Estate Agents in 2012. He managed Premier Lettings, quadrupling rental turnover and selling multi-million-pound houses to sports personalities and high-net-worth individuals across London and Hertfordshire. In 2014, he completed his first transaction with a local Premier League football club, sourcing housing for first team players, academy and coaching staff. During the pandemic, Simon worked with Warner Brothers, housing A-list Hollywood actors on short-term rentals while filming. Founding Hawksgrove with a vision to become the go-to property sourcing specialists for footballers, film talent and high-net-worth individuals in Hertfordshire and London.
