John Lyons

Director and Co-Founder

John Lyons is the Co-founder of Hawksgrove Estates and has worked in the property development industry for over 20 years. John is well-known for his ability to identify potential and to add value to a property. His vast expertise is invaluable to Hawksgrove Estates and he is constantly sought out for his advice on all things property related. John loves nothing more than matching a client to their dream home and takes pride in finding the perfect property for each and every one of his clients.

Simon Grant

Director and Co-Founder

Simon has been a property professional for almost 15 years and joined Statons Estate Agents in 2012. Simon managed Premier Lettings, quadrupling rentals turnover, and selling multi-million-pound houses to sports personalities and high-net-worth individuals in London and Hertfordshire. In 2014, he completed his first transaction with a local Premier League Football Club, sourcing first team players, academy, and coaching teams’ suitable rentals from luxury penthouses to countryside mansions. During the pandemic, Simon worked with Warner Brother studios, moving A-lister Hollywood actors who required short-term rentals whilst filming. Together with John, Simon is taking the biggest step in his career to date by founding Hawskgrove Estates. His vision is to become the ‘go to’ property sourcing specialists for footballers, movie stars and high net worth individuals in Hertfordshire and London.

Sherry Jenkins

Office Administrator

Sherry Jenkins is the Office Administrator at Hawksgrove Estates. She is responsible for the overall management of administrative and operational functions for the office. Sherry has extensive experience handling all types of administrative tasks, from helping new tenants get settled into their homes quickly through to managing maintenance and refurbishment works. Sherry is known for her efficiency and her ability to handle any task that comes her way.
